One edition of the fineart prints is sold for 6000 TRY (320 USD) in a charity exhibition orginized by Sirän (Istanbul/Berlin based collective, @siraen.says in Instagram) in order to gather donations for the recent earthquake survivors in the southeastern part of Turkiye.

Have you ever wondered where your taxes go?
He is here, the prodigal swarmson,
the face of the organized decadence,
keeper of a crown which is given by his subjects
By the bones of his ancestors, decorated to rule
harvesting from the cells, he seperated us.
Behold he is there, to suck and embezzle
Till the limits of holding you alive
No honey shall be for you there
drain you dry
nothing to thrive.

Artist's footnote: The lands I live in have been exploited by nepotism and organized corruption for twenty years. And its roots go back more than twenty years.
Despite the inflation, stolen taxes, and state elements that do not even bother to hide that they will no longer work for their people, the desire for a new change has risen in our hearts in recent days when it has become increasingly difficult to hold on to life.
I do not know whether we will experience a truly effective change at the end of these difficult days.
Nevertheless, with this work, I aimed to leave a memory of these struggling days.
